These are expected to include details on expanded DLI programme funding for a second cohort of chip design startups, timelines for additional OSAT incentives under ISM 2.0, progress updates on Tata Electronics Dholera fabrication facility targeting first wafer output in December 2026, and new initiatives on compound semiconductor manufacturing in collaboration with DRDO and the defence industrial base. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is expected to deliver a keynote outlining India's roadmap to advanced node capabilities at 3nm and 2nm geometry.
